Today we’re putting the spotlight on two extremes: the smallest and the biggest tank in our current lineup.
Let’s start with the M5A1 Stuart. While compact in size, this light tank is highly practical. Its automatic transmission makes it easy to drive, and the reliable Cadillac engines provide plenty of power. It’s no surprise that prices for the Stuart have been rising significantly in recent years, and with continued high demand, there’s no sign of that slowing down.
This particular example is in running and driving condition and is ready to return to Europe for commemorations or reenactment events.
On the other end of the scale is the M48A5, significantly larger and undeniably impressive, both to see and to hear. It’s in excellent condition, having been restored by BAIV in 2022-2023, and with its strong Cold War legacy, we believe this M48A5 would be an ideal match for an American collector or museum.
