A few years ago, BAIV uncovered an original M40, one of the very few shipped to Europe after serving in Korea. Only 311 M40s were ever built. Now in our hands, this M40 is the only known example in private ownership in Europe: a true rarity with an incredible story.
The Journey Has Begun
BAIV has officially started the restoration. At BAIV, we don’t just restore vehicles, we preserve military heritage. Our goal is therefore to return this M40 to full Class A condition, or tailor the restoration to the preferences of its future owner.
